After Death - A New beginning or End of it ?

Well, what happens after death? it's certainly a question that no living human being can answer.But since we can ponder over this question, we are free to think about it and to talk about it.The things like Reincarnation,Karma,Super-Natural Human Being etc. have never been satisfactorily discussed or resolved.But I think that there is a silent consensus over that, there is a Super-Natural human being which controls everything.This is further exemplified with day to day revelings in physics.Things like Multi verse,10/11 dimensions,String Theory etc. as even naive person knows that 'matter can not be created or destroyed, can only be transformed from one form into another',Then how come in this 'observable universe' there exists that much amount of mass & that too only forms upto 4% of matter rest is Dark matter & dark energy(which we can't even observe directly or indirectly).And how a person who supports solipsism thinks about it?

What happens to 'human consciousness' when a Human dies & how the transformation from one living being's consciousness to another takes place(If that happens at all & if not then why not, Animals have consciousness they are aware of their existence & to stay away from those things which can put there life in danger or they are simply guided by nature to do so without doing it consciously - I Don't know).

It looks like an epitome of metaphysics but it's certainly not (at least I think so).
